Driven by their insights and an unrelenting passion for excellence, Mateusz set out to create something extraordinary—an all round property solution in one.
Our Mission
At MMR Properties, we are your trusted partner in property investment and management. Specializing in Serviced Accommodation (SA), we offer two core services:

While Serviced Accommodation is our flagship focus, we recognize that not every property fits this model. With deep expertise across all property sectors—including HMOs, flips, and Buy-to-Let Refurbishments (BRRs)—we ensure every investment opportunity is maximized. Founder
Mateusz Rys is a driven and dedicated entrepreneur who, between the ages of 16 and 21, worked 21 jobs in search of his true calling. From his first role as a receptionist to stints in supermarkets, warehouses, and sales in the motor trade, Mateusz discovered his knack for sales but felt unfulfilled. Seeking greater challenges, he transitioned to hospitality as a Sales Manager, quickly earning a promotion to oversee hotel operations, guest experiences, revenue, and projections across three properties.
During this time, Mateusz invested thousands of pounds in studying the property industry, absorbing knowledge, identifying market gaps, and honing his expertise. In early 2025, after the profound loss of his mother, Mateusz paused to reflect and rebuild. From this period of introspection, MMR Properties was born.
Launched in February 2025, MMR Properties empowers landlords and investors to transform their properties into exceptional serviced accommodations as well as making their money work for them, in other ways than just service accommodation.
